Senior Project Manager experienced in the architectural design, LEED design, ATFP compliance, space programming and ADA compliance of a wide-range of governmental, institutional and commercial buildings. A successful record of contract negotiation and administration of national and international construction projects. Interdisciplinary coordination with local, national, and international consultants required for on-budget, on-schedule project completion. 

Designed and managed design-bid-build and design-build projects for the past 21 years as a registered architect. My projects have included airfield, medical, housing, quality-of-life, administrative and support facilities throughout the southeast United States, the Azores, and Italy. 

As Project Manager for the Public Works facility in Naples, Italy, I managed a functional analysis and conceptual design process which led to a DoD Value Engineering Achievement Award. Managed numerous Award-Winning and LEED certified projects, as well as projects with above-average and higher ACASS ratings.
